Mission Statement
The Rocky Mount-Franklin County First Responders Memorial Commission Inc. is committed to providing our First Responders - Police, EMS Providers, Fire Personnel and Emergency Dispatchers, a place in our great Town and County where we can all say "Thank you" for the services that they provide. We feel it is important that we recognize those that have given their lives, as well as those that have and continue to serve our community.
